To continuously find vacant job positions at customer’s company, and sign headhunting service agreement with customers;
To maintain effective communication with customers, cooperate with other members of the project team to finish headhunting task consigned by customer in a cooperative manner;
3. To inquire with customer’s HR personnel and help headhunting consultant understand customer’s needs and ascertain headhunting direction;
4.To establish and maintain sound cooperative relation with customers and obtain feedback from customers concerning headhunting services;
5. To follow up with the progression of headhunting to satisfy customer;
6. To actively explore new markets and develop new customers to expand company’s turnover.
Requirements and rewards:
Above associate degree;
Willingness to resolve problems and tackle challenge, good communication abilities, initiative; those with experience in pharmaceutical industry are preferred;
